RETURNS / EXCHANGE:

Xenia Formals does not offer an exchange/refund policy once the order is processed. However, you are eligible for an exchange if we have delivered a wrong item to you or the one you received is faulty/damaged.

We have a 3-working days Exchange policy starting from the order delivery date (For Local orders only).

For products on Sale, we do not offer exchanges unless we deliver the incorrect order.

We don't offer exchange/return for Order to stitch garments.

For international orders, we do not offer exchanges unless we deliver the incorrect order or the product is faulty.

EXCHANGE PROCEDURE:

Exchange request must be initiated via Email/WhatsApp (xenia.formals@gmail.com /+923211429522 ) (Mentioning order no and Required size/Design).

To be eligible for the exchange the products should be:

1. Bought from Xenia online store with Invoice
2. Unused and in original state as delivered
3. With original packaging with labels attached

4.        Customers will be required to ship the items back for exchange to the address provided by our team.

5.        In case of a faulty/incorrect item delivered to you, the return shipping cost will be reimbursed as an online credit voucher.

6.        For exchange of a non-faulty item, the customer will bear the return shipping cost along with the exchange charges (Rs 1000/-) guided by the team accordingly.

7.        Credit voucher or your desired exchange item will only be provided once the team has received your returned items.

* 3% transactional charges will be deducted for refund of credit card payment

*Xenia Formals reserves the right to reject exchange request found misusing of our exchange policy or a product received with missing tags and not in the correct condition.
