Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order by emailing us at xenia.formals@gmail.com before the order has been processed.

Orders cannot be cancelled once processed/shipped.

Custom orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement.

XENIA has the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as; the item is out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution.
